Holding Danareksa and Telkom Indonesia Appoint Ario Tejo Bayu Aji as President Director of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara

Jakarta, February 08, 2023 – Shareholders of PT Jalin Pembayaran Indonesia ("Jalin"), PT Danareksa (Persero), and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. appointed Ario Tejo Bayu Aji as the President Director of the Company. In addition to Ario Tejo, the Shareholders also appointed Argabudhy Sasrawiguna as a Director to assist Ario Tejo in leading and realizing the Company's vision to become 'The National Digital Highway' in connecting the society with financial and non-financial ecosystems in Indonesia.

The appointment is stipulated through the Circular Resolutions of Shareholders dated February 08, 2023 on the Appointment of the Directors of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara.

In his opening speech, M. Teguh Wirahadikusumah, Commissioner of Jalin, warmly welcomed the appointment of the new directors. "On behalf of the Board of Commissioners, I congratulate Mr. Ario and Mr. Arga as the new directors of Jalin. Hopefully, their contribution as part of Jalin’s Board of Directors can result in the advancement of the Company so it can continue to grow and synergize with Himbara in achieving future targets, especially in 2023".

Ario Tejo Bayu Aji previously served as the Chief Operation Officer (COO) of PT Mitra Transaksi Indonesia since 2019 and assumed the position of VP of Digital Channel of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2018. On the other hand, Argabudhy Sasrawiguna previously served as the Director of Operation of PT BRIngin Gigantara for the 2019-2021 period and Head of the Information Technology Operation Division of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2017-2018 period. Since October 2022, Aries Barkah, Director of Jalin, has assumed the position of Acting President Director to maintain the Company’s operations until Ario Tejo Bayu Aji was appointed as the President Director of Jalin.

Consequently, the composition of the Board of Directors of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara is as follows:
1. President Director : Ario Tejo Bayu Aji
2. Director : Argabudhy Sasrawiguna
3. Director : Aries Barkah
4. Director : Fajar Adimarta

In his speech, Ario Tejo, President Director of Jalin, expressed his gratitude to the Shareholders who trusted him to lead Jalin and wanted to immediately formulate better business models as well as accelerate and increase the quality of IT project deliveries and operations to address Jalin’s business challenges in the future.
